With a background in critical care medicine, advanced aesthetics, and medical education, Ashley brings an evidence-based and medically grounded approach to aesthetic treatments, skin health, and facial rejuvenation.

Before founding Bardöt Beauty Boutique, Ashley practiced as a Nurse Practitioner within the Department of Critical Care Medicine through Alberta Health Services and the University of Calgary. Her experience in high-acuity medicine helped shape the patient safety standards, clinical judgment, and attention to detail that continue to guide her work in aesthetic medicine today.
Ashley’s medical background spans 20 years in critical care medicine as an RN, NP, and Doctorate. Her approach combines scientific knowledge with a strong focus on natural-looking outcomes, facial harmony, and long-term skin health.
