AccuTite
The results of surgical facelifts, blepharoplasties and liposuction are undeniable. However the cost, downtime, risks and longevity often play a major role in patient decisions and satisfaction.
Treads, Neuromodulators, fillers and energy based devices are great alternatives to non-invasive care. However, until now we haven’t had an in between.
Accutite, the first minimally invasive treatment to target skin laxity and age related volume changes.
What is Accutite?
Accitite and Facetite are semi-invasive treatments that use radiofrequency energy below the skin to specifically target isolated fat pockets and skin laxity by contracting collagen fibers and reducing tissue volume giving an overall lifted or tightened affect. Research shows a 70% reduction in tissue laxity following a single treatment. Paired in combination with radiofrequency assisted liposuction and/or radiofrequency microneedling this treatment achieves a more dramatic result particularily on small targeted areas like the pockets of fat along the jawline, submentally, in our nasial labial folds and around our eyes.
What to expect
Depending on your procedure, expect to spend around 90 minutes in our clinic. The majority of this time is taken up with getting informed consent, teaching, images, pain management interventions and mapping. The procedure itself can take anywhere from 20 to 60 minutes. You can expect to have some bruising and swelling following treatments, which can last up to 2 weeks. Typically patient report 2-3 days of social downtime, returning to work on day 4.
Noticable firmness and tightening will be seen after about a week following treatment; with 70% of results within 6 weeks. Final results will be visible within 3-4 months.
