These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services and products offered by Bardöt Beauty Boutique Ltd. ("Bardöt," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or otherwise engaging with Bardöt Beauty Boutique, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

4. Appointment, No-Show, and Cancellation Policy

Our no-show and cancellation policy is agreed to at the time of booking and is signed by all clients. Please review these terms when booking your appointment, as missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in applicable fees.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final.
Exceptions may be made only in the following circumstances:

The product is expired at the time of purchase
The product causes a severe or unexpected skin reaction

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.

6. Client Conduct

We are committed to providing a respectful and professional environment for all clients and staff.

We ask that clients:

Treat staff and other clients with courtesy and respect
Refrain from disruptive, aggressive, or abusive behavior

Failure to comply may result in refusal of service.

7. Liability, Limitations, and Disclaimers

All potential risks, side effects, and aftercare requirements of treatments are explained prior to services being performed.
Results may vary between individuals, and no guarantees of results are made or implied.
By proceeding with treatment, clients acknowledge and accept these risks and limitations.

8. Intellectual Property

The Bardöt Beauty Boutique name, logo, branding, and website content are the exclusive property of Bardöt Beauty Boutique Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is prohibited.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts located in Calgary, Alberta.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website, and the "Last Updated" date will be amended accordingly. Continued use of our services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
